Problem

A major bank sought to expand its young adult clientele but faced challenges in making financial education—particularly investment strategies and money management—engaging and accessible. Without an existing platform tailored to this demographic, the challenge was to build a solution from the ground up that would resonate with younger users and effectively promote financial literacy.

Client Goals

  • Demystify banking concepts for younger consumers by educating them on core financial topics

Solution

As the UI/UX Designer on this six-person team, I was responsible for all visual design, interface layout, and artwork, crafting a cohesive and engaging experience that simplified complex financial concepts through intuitive design and appealing visuals. I collaborated closely with developers and financial experts to design a user experience that balanced clarity, engagement, and educational depth, ensuring the final product was not only informative but also enjoyable to use, directly supporting the bank’s goal of attracting and educating a younger audience.
